How it all started
"When I was first introduced to these products, I was a single parent with a 12 year old daughter, working full time as a physiotherapist . My hands were so sore at the end of each day, that I was often in tears, wondering what else I could do to earn money. I tried a number of different things from the health food stores, but nothing seemed to work. Then, I was introduced to this product, and within a week, the aches and pains went away and my hands felt normal again. I was so excited I wanted to tell everyone about these products .That was in 1980, and my hands still feel normal.

Soon, I added a few more things to my routine, and they've made a huge difference to how I feel, and what I can do.

Then 16 years after I started on these products, I took up marathon running and completed 6 within 11 months,my 2 fastest being just 2 weeks apart. That's was where the sports nutrition products really helped.
